Job opening: Assistant Engineer

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, majoring in science and engineering, mechanical engineering, polymer materials, or related automotive fields;

Job opening: Project Manager

1. Based on the requirements, samples, and standards provided by the client, conduct product structure, function, and material analysis, and assist in completing the preliminary design, development, and quotation for the project;
2. Develop a timeline for new projects and track project progress;
3. Manage the project team and maintain close cooperation and communication with customers, suppliers, and internal project teams;
4. Responsible for organizing the delivery of samples to customers according to the time schedule;
5. Hold regular project meetings to track issues and report any abnormalities to the project director promptly.
6. Responsible for managing engineering changes;
7. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Actively engage in preliminary communication with target clients to develop client business strategies and plans;

2. Obtain customer RFQs through proactive market development;

3. Organize and coordinate various departments within the company to conduct project, engineering, and cost analyses, and submit quotations according to customer requirements;

4. Continuous customer development strategy and existing customer management plan;

5. Establish and maintain customer development information and files, and promptly sign and maintain customer documents such as sales contracts and price agreements;

6. Manage product prices, negotiate and confirm prices for engineering changes; complete annual price reduction negotiations, and maintain system prices in a timely manner;

7. Ensure the recovery of sales revenue and expenses such as R&D costs and sample costs;

8. Conduct monthly and annual business performance analysis and submit monthly and annual business analysis reports;

9. Organize and implement customer satisfaction surveys;

10. Assist other departments in carrying out their work on the client side;

11. Calculate and analyze costs to effectively control sales costs.
